Hangzhou factory deploys nearly 20 humanoids for parts handling

What happened
Photos taken October 13 show robots picking up and positioning automotive parts at workstations. A China News Service report says the factory deployed the machines over the past year and that they now handle more than ten part types in 20-to-25-second cycles; those operating figures and a two-to-three-year payback estimate come from the factory rather than an independent audit.
Why it matters
The report documents multiple humanoids working on an active factory line rather than a stage demonstration. It does not provide independently measured uptime, task-success rates, safety results, labor savings or confirmation that the robots operate without human supervision.
