What happened

The record identifies the National Technical Committee on Robotics Standardization and its humanoid-robot subcommittee as the responsible bodies. It lists government institutes, universities, laboratories and robotics companies among the drafting organizations; the public record confirms publication and the future effective date but does not reproduce the standard's detailed requirements.

Why it matters

This is a published national standard, distinct from MIIT's separate draft guide for a broader humanoid-industry standards system. Publication does not make the standard effective before April 1, 2027, and it does not certify that any listed company's robot complies or performs reliably.
