RobotMe summary

IEEE Spectrum’s Video Friday is a collection of short robotics videos, not a report on one machine. The lead item is a Devanthro clip about robot decommissioning, illustrated by AI-generated ball-pit artwork that the publisher identifies as such.

The roundup also includes a playful Reachy Mini segment and clips on manipulation, locomotion, and other research. Each demonstration is best understood in the linked source page’s context; the videos do not, by themselves, establish how well a robot would work in routine deployment.

This is RobotMe’s source-checked summary, not a reproduction of the full article.
