RobotMe summary

IEEE Spectrum’s Video Friday highlights an albatross-inspired robotic “flying boat” and several other robotics clips. The roundup also points to a modular arm designed to assemble after passing through tight spaces, a concept relevant to disaster response. The source page contains the videos and the editor’s short observations.

The source pairs the albatross-inspired flying-boat clip with other projects, including a modular arm aimed at reaching constrained spaces. It is a curated video selection. Readers should use the source page for the footage and avoid assuming that a short demonstration proves readiness for disaster-response use.
