RobotMe summary

Hirebotics has introduced two ways to expand what its collaborative robots can handle: tracking parts on moving production lines and traveling along modular rails. The additions target jobs that do not fit neatly inside a stationary robot’s reach.

For painting, line tracking lets a cobot maintain its programmed path while a conveyor moves the workpiece. The rail option extends coverage along large assemblies without requiring the part to be repeatedly repositioned. Hirebotics says these capabilities work with its Beacon platform, with the rail serving welding, cutting and painting applications. The company introduced the technologies at IMTS 2026.
